You only have to scratch the surface at the local park or playground to discover that there is an abundance of amazingly talented, intelligent, educated mums out there that would love to do some paid work, but find it incredibly difficult to find jobs that allow them the freedom to balance it all.
I know that’s one of the reasons I retrained many years ago and I’m not alone.
